Today, October 2, 2025, official weather warnings were issued in northern Saxony warning of dense fog fields. The German Weather Service (DWD) sounded the alarm at 6:15 a.m. and recommends adapting driving behavior to visibility conditions. This is particularly relevant at night between 3:39 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., where visibility is expected to be less than 150 meters. About fog and temperatures
The weekend in Saxony will be characterized by fields of fog, as the reporting by n-tv shows. The temperatures will remain pleasantly mild and could reach up to 20 degrees today. As soon as the fog has cleared, residents can look forward to sunny periods. However, it should be noted that the fog phenomenon on the border with the Czech Republic could persist throughout the day.
