The pick -up tickets are picked up in several places: In the Schwäneshop (Scheffelstraße 43, Zwickau), fans can pick up their tickets on August 1st from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on August 3rd from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. On August 4th there is the opportunity to stop by in a special tent between 5:00 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. in the GGZ Arena behind the fan block E5. When picking up, the season ticket voucher and, if available, the voucher must be brought for additional investors.
