Neubrandenburg, Deutschland - The premature wiring station of the Dietrich-Bonhoeffer Clinic in Neubrandenburg has recovered the status of a Perinatal Center Level 1 after years of struggle. This enables the clinic to regularly provide early born with a birth weight below 1,250 grams. dr. med. Sven Armbrust, the head of the Neubrandenburg Children's Clinic, also supports the demand for a lower minimum number and points out that mortality had decreased in his clinic. He and Krajewski also criticize the longer paths that the affected families have to travel to future centers, and emphasize that the laying of extreme breaks after birth carries additional risks.

While Krajewski and crossbow show disagreements with regard to the number of predictable and unpleasant births, Karin Maag, an impartial member of the G-BA, argues that security for premature babies predominates in facilities with higher number of cases.
