On September 14, 2025, the world of monuments in Germany will open – under the exciting motto “Valuable: priceless or irreplaceable?”. On this special day, numerous historic sites are open to interested visitors who want to learn more about the hidden values ​​of historic preservation. ABG Net therefore invites all monument owners to take part in this event.

But what makes these monuments so unique? In addition to their material value, which is often measured in purchase prices and material costs, “gray energy” plays a particularly important role. This includes all the energy that went into building the monument. Although these financial valuations sometimes do not reflect the magnificence and cultural significance of a monument, the irreplaceability of these sites remains undisputed.
