Musical summer dreams: Gothasür invites you to open-air concerts!

The open-air series "Music on the Gothasür" goes into the next round and heralded the new season with an atmospheric start. This popular concert series takes place every Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the upper main market and ensures a musical summer that makes the hearts of people beat faster. Admission is free and the whole is part of the summer campaign "Gothasür - Vacation on the front door", which invites you to rediscover and enjoy your own city.

Next Thursday, July 10th, a very special event is waiting for the music lovers: Thomas Schäfer, known for his acoustic songwriter, will enter the stage. Inspired by greats like Neil Young and the Irish folklore, he brings an atmosphere with soulful stories and personal sounds that will enchant the audience.

Especially the concert of the Choibá Chirimía on July 13 will be an experience of a special kind, since the musicians come from the Colombian Pacific coast and present a mixture of traditional dance music of the Chocó and modern elements. This cultural diversity is not just a musical enrichment, but feels like you are immersed in the lively atmosphere of Colombia.
