Last year, the average age of clients fell from 44 to 42, and 4,125 consultations were carried out - a slight decrease compared to 4,194 consultations in 2023. However, similar numbers are expected for 2025 too. Unemployment, low income, illness and inefficient household management are cited as the main causes of excessive indebtedness.
