On Saturday, August 23, 2025, there was a big celebration in Ilmenau! The Lebenshilfe Ilm-Kreis association not only organized its traditional summer festival, but also celebrated the organization's 35th anniversary. Under the motto “Right in the middle, not just there!” Numerous citizens and visitors gathered at Wetzlarer Platz to properly honor this special occasion. The club friends proudly wore blue T-shirts with the motto, which underlined the happy character of the festival.

In the morning, the members of the club were busy making the final preparations. The Wetzlarer Platz and the courtyard of the Alte Försterei shone in new splendor, lovingly decorated and prepared for the invited guests. “It was a beautiful day, full of friendship and community,” said one participant.
