There is a celebration in Jena! The Ernst Abbe University recently hosted a ceremonial opening of the semester and honored special achievements by students and teachers. Numerous prizes were awarded to honor impressive achievements in various disciplines. How JenaTV reports, the audience was proud of the students' achievements.
Lea Bohne stands out among the award winners, winning the Stadtwerke Energie Jena-Pößneck prize with a proud prize money of 750 euros with her outstanding master's thesis in electrical engineering. In addition, Katherin Morales from the Master's program in Environmental and Georesource Management was awarded the DAAD Prize 2025 for her excellent academic achievements and her intercultural commitment.
