Last night the police received an emergency call from the small community of Schwarz, where loud celebrations could be heard from an allotment garden. Investigations into sedition
A 39-year-old who resisted the officers' measures was eventually pinned to the ground and restrained with handcuffs, but later appeared to be cooperative. But the celebrants had put themselves in a legally delicate situation with their exclamations. The police immediately initiated an investigation against everyone present on suspicion of using the license plates of unconstitutional organizations, according to § 86a StGB.
