U-train frequency increases: Munich is preparing for Champions League final!

In preparation for the big game, the Munich transport company (MVG) has announced that it significantly increase the subway frequency to the arena. From 1 p.m. a subway train will be available every five minutes, while from 3 p.m. the intervals will be shortened to every three minutes.

The last trains from Munich to Tegernsee, Lenggries and Bayrischzell drive at 1:10 a.m., and the trains to Rosenheim, Kufstein and Traunstein will take off from Munich Central Station at around 1:00 a.m.
