Vogtländische Students rock the Mylau Castle with a new song!

Burg Mylau, Deutschland - On June 11, 2025, an exciting adventure begins for the Futurum Mylau and 25 committed students from the Mylau high school. They take part in an international competition in which schools from Italy, France, the Czech Republic and Germany are involved. The aim is to present history in a creative and appealing way. A specially produced video clip is used here, which shows how lively history can be through music and impressive costumes.

In this project, the pupils work under the direction of teacher Elena Sonnenberg on a self -written song that is rehearsed at the historic Castle Mylau. The clip will not only show the talents of the students, but will also underline the importance of history in a modern context.

This report provides a comprehensive overview of the education systems in Europe, including the structure of primary and secondary level as well as tertiary education.

It addresses the duration of school and training obligation and highlights important aspects such as the age of entry and exit. The Project of the Mylau Gymnasium impressively shows how tradition and innovation can be linked in the educational landscape. Thanks to the creative examination of history, the students not only learn a lot about their own culture, but also gain experience that they will present on an international stage. The support from the Erasmus+ program and the intercultural contacts not only promote learning, but also understanding among the European nations.

The effort to promote students in their creativity is part of a broader movement that aims to make the educational landscape in Europe future -proof.
