On Tuesday evening, a serious traffic accident occurred at a crossing in Aschaffenburg, in which a 54-year-old motorcyclist and a 29-year-old driver were involved. As the PNP , the motorcyclist probably drove over the traffic lights and collided with the young driver's car. The impact caused the motorcyclist to fall off the motorcycle and crashed into a sign. He was seriously injured and brought to the hospital immediately.

The property damage caused by the accident amounts to around 115,000 euros. Of this, around 100,000 euros are paid to the damaged vehicle. The intersection where the accident took place remained closed for around an hour, while the investigation and cleaning up were carried out.
