TSV Buchbach secures top talent Adrian Alexy from Walpertskirchen!

Buchbach, Deutschland - The TSV Buchbach has signed a promising new addition to the coming season in the Regionalliga Bayern. Adrian Alexy, a 19-year-old talent from the district league champion SV Walpertskirchen, will strengthen the offensive of the Buchbacher. Alexy signed a contract until June 2027 and can be used variable on the offensive. In his first district league season, he impressed with 14 goals and ten templates. Although he only had 14 missions in the past season due to pubic inflammation and scored six goals, he is described by sporty director Andreas Bichlmaier as one of the largest talents in the region. Bichlmaier particularly emphasizes Alexy's will and motivation for the challenge in the regional league.

The training start for the team is planned on June 16 under coach Aleksandro Petrovic. Buchbach has already set some test games: on June 21st against FC Sportfreunde Schwaig, a benefit game against SpVgg Unterhaching on June 22nd and the first home game in the SMR-Arena on June 25th against VfB Hallbergmoos. The official opening of the season is prepared for July 6th, while the regional league season is scheduled to begin on July 24th. An important challenge will be the first round in the Toto Cup, which takes place a week before the first match day, on July 25 or 26.

preparation for the new season

On Saturday there is another important game for Buchbach at 2 p.m. in the SMR-Arena, where they compete against 1. FC Schweinfurt. Schweinfurt is currently leading the table of the regional league Bayern with 25 points and has only collected a defeat. With six victories in a row, they are in outstanding form. Buchbach, on the other hand, achieved some surprising results this season, including a 2-1 win over Türkgücü Munich and a 1-0 against Greuther Fürth II.

However, coach Markus Raupach has to do without his assistant coach Andi Bichlmaier, who is currently in Tanzania. In addition, several players, including Moritz Sassmann, Merphi Kwatu, Selcuk Cinar and Jonas Wieselsberger, are not operational due to injuries. Samed Bahar will also be missing due to a yellow lock. Raupach emphasizes the importance of not falling behind in order to put pressure on the strong team from Schweinfurt.

strategies against the leaders

Schweinfurt presents itself with a straightforward playing style that minimizes risks, and Adam Jabiri has already scored seven goals. Buchbach, on the other hand, was able to do well defensively in the last three games, but had difficulty getting your own offensive going and only scored one goal. In order to be successful against the strong defense of Schweinfurt, it is crucial for Buchbach to develop alternative offensive strategies and to hope that a goal will be scored according to a standard, which was achieved more often last season.
