Masked burglars steal cell phones and e-scooters in Maintal!

On Wednesday evening there was a dramatic attack on a 21-year-old in Maintal-Bischofsheim. When the young man opened the door for a supposed friend at 6:30 p.m., three masked suddenly crowded into his apartment. Despite a desperate attempt to push the door, the attackers broke in and it broke out a handmade in which a knife was pulled out. The robbers escaped with several cell phones and an e-scooter.

The police immediately initiated investigations and identified four suspects aged 17 to 24. The same night, a judge ordered searches among the suspects. In one of the apartments, the officials found no stolen cell phones, but a lot of narcotics and drug accessories. A separate criminal proceedings are now being initiated against the apartment owner, while the four suspects have been temporarily arrested to determine their personal details.
