It houses works by classical modernism of artists such as Robert Delaunay, Piet Mondrian and Ernst Ludwig Kirchner. The collection comprises around 10,000 works of art that are issued annually in changing thematic presentations. Regular individual exhibitions of contemporary artists offer visitors the opportunity to get to know new perspectives of art. A symbol of the museum is the impressive ceramic wall designed by Joan Miró. The museum is also barrier -free and offers a wide range of placement offers for all age groups, including families and school classes.

The cultural offer in Germany will be enriched this year by numerous other events. Chemnitz is appointed Capital of Culture in Europe in 2025 and expects many international visitors. In Berlin, the 200th birthday of the Museum Island is celebrated with a diverse program, while Dessau recognizes the 100th anniversary of the architecture and design school. Germany also honors Johann Sebastian Bach with concerts in different cities. These dynamic developments give the country's cultural scene additional shine and make cities like Ludwigshafen even more attractive for visitors and locals.
