TSV Lindenberg celebrates: double victory and success for young talents!
June 16, 2025 was a big day for TSV Lindenberg and its second team. At the Barnim district committee meeting, both teams were honored as relay winners in their leagues. The players were proud to present the trophies they won and are determined to give their best in the “2nd State Class Adults Group 3” and the “Barnimliga” in the coming season. In this context, the teams wished themselves every success for the new challenges that lie ahead of them. [barnim-aktuell.de] reports that the winners were duly celebrated.
A particularly shining example of TSV Lindenberg's success is Sophie Konzack, who competed in the U14 to 57 kg age group at the East German Championships in Weimar on May 10th. Sophie showed an impressive performance and secured the title of “East German Champion 2025”. With this award she qualified for the German Championships, which took place on May 24th and 25th in Chemnitz. There she brilliantly won a bronze medal. Sophie is clearly proud of her achievements and is already preparing for the challenges of the coming year.
Ju-Jutsu as an integral part
Another success that characterizes TSV Lindenberg comes from the area of jujutsu. This sport not only teaches self-defense, but also promotes self-confidence among participants. The trainers teach the young athletes techniques from various martial arts with the aim of not only promoting physical fitness, but also developing social skills. The combination of martial arts, violence prevention and fun ensures a wide range of activities that are attractive to both children and young people. [tsvlindenberg.de] emphasizes that active adults also have an opportunity to work out and learn new techniques.
In addition, TSV Lindenberg is proud of its success in competition. Six East German championship titles, three German championship titles and a 5th place at the Youth European and World Championships speak for themselves and testify to the excellent training of the athletes. By belonging to the Brandenburg Ju-Jutsu Association and the German Ju-Jutsu Association, the basis has been laid to remain on the path to success.
With a lot of commitment and a strong community, TSV Lindenberg is not only a sporting competitor, but also a place where self-confidence, friendship and team spirit are valued. A trial session is always welcome to become part of this dynamic community!
