Beetzsee, Brandenburg, Deutschland - The East German championships in canoe racing are in full swing, and the athletes of the Halleschen Canoe Club 54 e.V. are in top form. From June 29 to July 2, 2025, these top -class competitions take place on the Beetzsee in Brandenburg. Already on the first day of the competition there was to celebrate the Halle Grund, because the expectations were far exceeded.

Johanna Pflügner won the gold medal in the Kajak Mix KL2 over 200 meters and impressed not only the audience, but also its competitors. Lucie Hanke, who was on the highest podium last year, defended her title in kayak, one over 500 meters and set out clearly with a five -second lead.

The silver medals went to a variety of talented, including Luna Bürger, Malena Tiede, Jette Hanke and Lucie Hanke, who performed a strong performance in the pupils B Kajak over 500 meters. Lucie Hanke and Jette Hanke also won a silver award in the kayak of over 2000 meters. Jannes Döbold and Max Menzel can also be proud of their silver medal in the kayak of over 500 and 2000 meters.

But these services are only part of the 34th East German championships, which will be held on the regatta route on Beetzsee from June 26th to 29th, 2025. A total of 757 athletes from 56 clubs have registered, including the highest participant team, the SC DHfK Leipzig with 80 athletes. The championships also serve as a qualification for the German championships in the age groups pupils A and youth.

The mood on site is exuberant, and about 80 helpers contribute to a smooth organization. The spectators can not only follow the exciting competitions directly from the stands, but also conveniently in the live stream on Facebook and the homepage of the regattate team. The physical well -being is taken care of with culinary offers and stalls. In addition, the timing is taken over by the company Imas and until the last medal there are free drinking stations for the athletes so that everyone remains well hydrated.

The award ceremonies are carried out by well -known personalities, which gives the event an additional shine. The 2nd chairman of the regattate team, Michael Kenzler, commented on the competitions with anticipation and thanked the sponsors and helpers for their support.
