TheBrandenburg Future Prizehas established itself as the flagship for innovative companies in the state. Since its inception in 2004, this prestigious business award has been presented annually and honors the region's most creative and sustainable minds. This year we had a total of91 applicantsapplied for the coveted title, from which the jury now choosessix finaliststhose who demonstrate their strengths in the areas of innovation, sustainability and social responsibility.
The nominated companies include diverse industry representatives. This is how it presents itself2M groupfrom Potsdam, which combines environmentally conscious cleaning processes with the latest technology such as robotics and artificial intelligence. It relies on a fleet that largely consists of hybrid and fully electric vehicles and has therefore made a name for itself in the building cleaning industry. TheArdelt Kranbau GmbHfrom Eberswalde has an impressive one100 years of historyand is one of the world market leaders for electrically driven double link cranes. After bankruptcy, the company started under a new name. AlsoAugleticsfrom Königs Wusterhausen stands out: Their intelligent rowing ergometers for indoor training are already successfully established on the European market.
Innovation and craftsmanship
With a strong focus on the combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern technologyMetal and balcony construction Hansmann GmbHfrom Jacobsdorf. It produces tailor-made aluminum balcony systems and integrates artificial intelligence into its production processes.Monari Artsfrom Schlieben specializes in large-format tiles and uses modern technologies such as water jet cutting and CNC machining. Last but not leastGame constructionfrom Brandenburg an der Havel produces safety products for children's playgrounds and even exports them to Australia - an example of creative solutions in the playground equipment market.
These companies together employ more than860 employeesand form27 young peopleout of. In 2024 they achieved sales of around52.3 million euros, underscoring the economic importance of these innovators. The award ceremony will take place onNovember 21, 2025in the Holiday Inn Berlin Airport Conference Center will take place and promises an exciting celebration of entrepreneurial achievements in Brandenburg.

The Future Prize is therefore not just a competition, but a commitment to a strong, innovative and future-oriented Brandenburg.
