Discourse at the soup pot: Discuss politics together in Falkensee!

There will be a very special setting for political discussions in Falkensee tomorrow. In the cozy ambience of the Volkshochschule Havelland, the “Discourse at the Soup Pot” event invites you to exchange ideas about current and controversial topics. Not only is a warm soup served, but also an open ear for different perspectives and experiences.

The event takes place at Poststrasse 15 in 14612 Falkensee and aims to promote constructive dialogue. Topics from federal politics to local political issues are addressed, so both big plates and small plates for discussion. The event is moderated by “More Democracy e. V.”, an organization that advocates for democratic participation and equality. A space is created in which all participants have equal rights, without hierarchies or guidelines.

Invitation to dialogue

“Discourse at the Soup Pot” is part of a monthly series in which citizens are invited to actively listen and speak. Individual visits are possible, but registration for individual appointments is required. A small donation for the soup is also requested to support the event.

The VHS Havelland is the municipal further education center of the Havelland district, which offers a wide range of courses in the areas of society, art, health and more. Particularly important is the promotion of political education, a concern that corresponds to the goals of the discourse.
