An advisory board for everyone

Alderman Daniela Kuzu, who has been in office since 2019, emphasizes the importance of creating a “welcoming culture” for migrants. The advisory board is intended to act as an advisor to the city council and contribute both creative ideas and practical solutions for integration. Daniela Kuzu and Integration Officer Martin Osinski actively participated in the formation of the committee, which was unanimously appointed on October 13, 2025. Particular attention was paid to gender parity and ethnic diversity.

Despite the enormous tasks that rested on the shoulders of the Migration Advisory Board, the members of clubs and organizations such as Esta Ruppin and the OPR district sports association were already receiving support in their integration efforts.
