In the early morning hours of September 9, 2025, there was a break-in in the commercial premises of the train station arcades in Potsdam. At around 1:15 a.m., six young perpetrators broke open the front door and made off with several cell phones and computer technology. The escape direction led towards Nuthepark, but the subsequent police search in the area was unsuccessful. The preliminary damage is estimated at around 10,000 euros.
