A very special day is celebrated in Prenzlau on Sunday, September 21st: theCemetery Day. Under the motto“Finally and alive”The municipal cemetery invites you to a varied program from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The city of Prenzlau, together with the parishes and the Uckermärkischer Hospizverein e.V., would like to point out that cemeteries are more than just resting places. Mayor Hendrik Sommer will ceremoniously open the event at 1 p.m., rounded off with musical performances by the Prenzlau trombone choir.
