In Greifswald there is a breath of fresh air in the city center! A few weeks ago, several new stores opened, enriching the shopping landscape. Families and fashion-conscious men in particular will now get their money's worth.

A new starting point for parents is the“Mini and Sea”, a family store that opened its doors on June 20th. Marleen Thoms, the 25-year-old managing director and trained occupational therapist, offers everything from children's fashion to toys to decorations for adults in her shop at Schuhhagen 26. Opening hours are Monday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., while closed on Sundays.

Diverse offers for fashion enthusiasts

For men who are looking for stylish fashion, this is new“K2K”exactly the right thing. This men's clothing store opened on June 12th under the leadership of Mohammed Kfilati, a refugee from Ukraine who is originally from Syria. At Lange Straße 70 you can find inexpensive men's fashion, especially Turkish brands. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The shop is closed on Sundays.

Another new addition is“Ham & Moon”, a lifestyle store that opened in mid-May. Here, at Mühlenstrasse 4, visitors can discover a colorful range of stationery, decorative items, clothing and small furniture. Opening times are Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The store also takes a break on Sundays.

A pleasure for the senses

Café lovers should“Café Spiegelchen”Don't miss it, which opened on June 13th. Svea Bohlscheid, the 26-year-old managing director with a degree in vegan food management, serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food and drinks at Schützenstrasse 20, daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
