Huge Uckermark parsonage: auction for bargain hunters!
A very special property will soon be up for auction in Berlin. In December 2025, the former parish farm in Lübbenow from the Uckermark will go under the hammer. The real estate auction house Germany has taken responsibility for the auction. Matthias Knake, qualified business lawyer, announced the details this week. The auction date is set for December 11, 2025.
The auction includes a total of 33 properties from nine federal states. In addition to the rectory in the Uckermark, there are also other interesting properties, including an apartment building in Göttingen and several Deutsche Bahn properties in cities such as Wismar and Brandenburg/Havel. The waterfront properties in Storkow and the various agricultural areas in Brandenburg and Saxony are certainly of interest to real estate enthusiasts.
The rectory in detail
The rectory itself is not a small object. With a living area of around 509 square meters and additional outbuildings with around 340 square meters of usable space, it offers plenty of space for creative ideas, be it as a residence or as an investment property. In total, the property covers around 3,399 square meters and has been empty since September 2025. A minimum bid of 75,000 euros, plus premium, makes it an attractive opportunity. What a solid price for such a large property!
There are various ways to participate in the auction. Interested parties have the option of registering by telephone or online or submitting a written bidding order. Of course, there is also the option of being present in person in the Berlin auction room. If you would like to find out more about the property, you can find the exposé and further information directly at www.ia-deutschland.de request. Viewings are also possible before the auction, but only by prior arrangement.
