German championship: Allgäu dancers rock the hip-hop stage!

Wiggensbach, Deutschland - On June 12, 2025, the TAF German Championship took place in Hip Hop, Popping and other disciplines in Wiggensbach, organized by the Allgäu dance center. Almost 1,100 dancers from all over Germany competed against each other in various categories, including Hip Hop Battles and Hip Hop Productions. The championships included several age groups and participations of solos, duos, groups, formations and large productions.

The championship offered a wide range of competitions that were divided into five age groups: mini kids (7 years and younger), children (8-12 years), juniors (13-16 years), adults (from 17 years) and adults 3 (from 50 years). The formation Generat1one won the mini kids and thus secured the first title of the event.

The Allgäu dance center presented itself strongly and presented the largest team with 218 dancers. A remarkable success was the victory of Patrick Häckel , who won two German championship titles and a vice championship title in the juniors' hip hop battles. Next to him the children's duo Ayla Gür and nikol orlando reached an excellent 3rd place.

In the category HIP HOP Productions, the group ex Meridiani won with the show "Vampires". The adult formation Prestige from the Allgäu dance center was also able to assert itself in the final and took the 6th place. Further remarkable placements in the categories are:

preparation for international competitions

The Allgäu dance center is already looking at upcoming events. In autumn, the team will take part in the HIP HOP & POPPING World Championship in Ljubljana and the Ido Streetdance World Championship in Osnabrück. These championships not only offer the opportunity to qualify, but also to promote the international dance network.

The TAF German Championship is known as a qualification for the Ido HipHop World Championship that attracts many dancers from all over the world. These competitions are crucial for promoting young talent in the Street Dance area and contribute to the increase and quality of dance in Germany. The commitment and creativity of the participants show the potential and passion that is in every performance.
