Drama on the street: Two traffic accidents shake Bad Hersfeld!

On Tuesday, May 27th, there were two traffic accidents in Bad Hersfeld that caused considerable damage to property. At around 1 p.m., an 85-year-old Skoda driver from Kirchheim collided while entering a roundabout with a VW Golf, which was controlled by a 54-year-old man from Malsfeld. The cause of the crash is still unclear, but the financial damage amounts to around 4,700 euros.

In the morning, at 9 a.m., another incident occurred: A 51-year-old driver of a small van from Lahnstein touched a parked Audi A3 in a parking lot, which belongs to a 25-year-old from Neuenstein. Here, too, the exact cause of the accident is unclear, but the damage is estimated at around 2,500 euros.
