Gadebusch, a charming town in the northwest Mecklenburg district, is celebrating a major anniversary this year: 800 years - a reason to celebrate! The celebrations started on Friday evening with a musical night in the old town, which put visitors in a festive mood. Mayor Arne Schlien called on citizens, clubs, businesses and institutions in Gadebusch to take an active part in the festival.
