On June 28, 2025, not only was a special day for the Grevesmühlen fire brigade, but also for the bride and groom Sandra Lehnert and Nico Voigt. The couple gave themselves the yes word in the town hall of Grevesmühlen, framed by a solemn fire brigade spectacle. The two fire brigade members got to know each other during their joint missions and have been going together through thick and thin for three years.

The wedding ceremony took place under the eyes of numerous onlookers, which the couple actively cheered on. The young fire brigade had also appeared to deliver congratulations. However, the celebrations were interrupted by an operational alarm: during the ceremony, the fire brigade was called to a burning vehicle on the A20.
