Full closure in Gadebusch: Detours from Monday for three weeks!
In Gadebusch, there will be a full closure of the Jarmstorfer Straße/Roggendorfer Strasse intersection from Monday, July 14th. The blocking is expected to continue until August 8, 2025. The reason for this is extensive construction work to renew the drinking water pipes, which are carried out by the company Tuk Tief- und Kulturbau, such as the Nordkurier reported. This construction site is considered a traffic -technical needle in the region, and road users are urgently encouraged to consider alternative routes.
The diversions lead via the bypass B104, which enables a connection to the B208 towards Wismar. Residents from new buildings such as Heinrich-Heine-Straße and Erich-Weinert-Straße also have to accept a detour to get their goals. Finally, Lübsche Straße and Wollbrügger Straße, which viceally can be accessed from the Gadebuscher Markt in the direction of Johann-Stelling-Straße, but are not affected by the construction work.
a limited access to the daycare
Another challenge is the restricted access to the nearby daycare center. It will only partially be possible to achieve the facility - a fact that presents parents and supervising people with challenges. From the direction of Wakenstädt, no parking spaces are available directly on the construction site, which harbors additional difficulties for residents.
The construction implementation is carried out as part of the continuous renewal of the drinking water pipes in the street. Similar work has already been held in two construction phases in Jarmstorfer Straße in the past, which were completed on time for the coin festival. Now there are further work on the lane ceiling and on the sidewalk in autumn 2023 on the agenda, such as the Traffic situation notes. The jurisprudence of traffic planning and construction site management is of crucial importance in order to keep the traffic situation stable during this time.
