But now the opening date has been pushed back to April 2030. The reason for this? Bureaucratic hurdles in the procurement process that have still not been overcome. The deadline for submitting the construction companies' offers had to be postponed to the end of June 2026, while the construction work is scheduled to be commissioned for August 2026. Financing remains uncertain

The city plans to enter into negotiations with the federal government in order to receive increased subsidies.
