New crepes kiosk in Warnemünde: enjoyment on the beach at a low price!

A new gourmet stand has been causing excitement on the Warnemünde promenade since August 4th. Andrei Crismariu's beach snack kiosk offers visitors a delicious selection of crepes that immediately make Leo, an eight-year-old regular, happy - his favorite snack: crepes with Nutella. Both sweet and savory versions of the popular fillings can be enjoyed at this popular spot.

The operators, Conny and Frank Kropp, already have experience in market operations and also run the Am Brink Christmas Village in Rostock. Their new business on the promenade is a successful expansion, as they have been steering the fortunes in the culinary sector for 18 years. At the new stand, guests can not only enjoy crepes, which cost between 3.50 euros for the simple powdered sugar version and 6.50 euros for the more exotic Hawaiian-style option, but also coffee specialties and cold drinks.

A wide range of offerings for every taste

The selection of crepes ranges from sweet treats such as Nutella and chocolate cream to savory creations with cheese and ham. Another interesting snack are the galettes, which are made from a hearty buckwheat flour preparation and are very popular in Rostock. Another well-known restaurant that offers this is Cado’s Café and Crêperie, which only uses selected, seasonal, organic ingredients and prepares authentic French crêpes.

  • Hawai-Style Crepes: 6,50 Euro

In addition to the delicious crepes, the kiosk also offers carefully selected beach items made from low-emission silicone. The merchandising products with the “Visit-Rostock” logo, such as baseball caps and jackets, can round off the holiday feeling and are a nice souvenir for the guests.

Year-round operation with winter magic

The kiosk's opening times are daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., although it is open later when the weather is nice. For the cold season, Kropp and his wife plan to operate all year round - but only on weekends and public holidays between November and April. During this time, the offer will be adjusted: warm hats, sweaters, rain capes and thermal mugs will then be on the program. Warming drinks such as hot apple juice, hot lemon, hot chocolate and mulled wine are said to bring comfort.

A special event is the upcoming opening of the Christmas season in the Am Brink Christmas Village, which will begin on November 24th. There, visitors can also enjoy winter treats and enjoy the festive atmosphere.

The combination of fresh crepes, an inviting atmosphere and plans for the winter season make the new kiosk on the Warnemünde promenade a must-visit for all passers-by with a sweet tooth.
