The fitness landscape in Cologne recently experienced an exciting change, as the ultra-modern fitness studio is being built at Hamburger Allee 140D, directly above Kaufland GymEdge. With a spacious area of over 1,000 square meters on two floors, the studio is scheduled to open in autumn 2023 and thus bring a breath of fresh air to the region.
Construction work is currently in full swing. The basic framework is already in place, the lighting has been installed, and the changing rooms and showers are also waiting to be used by the first members. The furniture supplied includes lockers and a counter. Modern training equipment, a solarium and a massage area are also planned to round off the offering and create a welcoming atmosphere.

The GymEdge receives special attention through a start-up offer: Until the official construction site inspection on July 11th, from 3 p.m., interested parties can take advantage of a reduced entry fee and a membership that can be canceled on a monthly basis. Anyone who stays away from the viewing will then have to expect the price to rise to 99 euros for the entry fee, and the monthly contributions will also be increased. The aim of these measures is to present the concept and the premises and thus arouse the interest of potential members.
The GymEdge team consists of four people, including two dual students with valuable practical experience. The club leader, Pauline Meißner, as a former financial expert, brings a special feel for the studio's business matters. “We focus on sustainable health and social encounters in the fitness area,” she emphasizes the philosophy of the new studio.
