Attention classic car fans! On July 26, 2025 it will be “engines on” again in Schwerin when the Opel & Oldiefreunde 1994 e.V. invites you to the 13th edition of their classic car meeting. From 10 a.m., Bertha-Klingberg-Platz will once again be an important meeting point for lovers of historic vehicles and the whole family.

The event is intended not only for active participants, but also for onlookers. Anyone who doesn't own a classic car can look forward to a colorful exhibition of a wide range of classics. Classic car specialist Jürgen Rosin will present exciting vehicles and accompany them on the trip, which leads through the picturesque city center of Schwerin and goes to the rocket museum in Demen.

Vintage car trip and supporting program

The exit starts at Bertha-Klingberg-Platz and leads through the picturesque city center directly to the market square. After visiting the museum, we head back to Pampow via various towns, where we return to the starting point. For all participants, historic vehicles built up to 1995 are welcome and no prior registration is required.

What would a classic car meeting be without a fashionable fashion show? At 2 p.m., the driver's clothing will be presented under the motto “matching the year of manufacture of his classic car” by none other than Matthias Brandt!

Celebrate and eat together

It will also be exciting at the award ceremony at 3 p.m., where a special trophy will be awarded for the “highlight of the day”. Physical well-being is also taken care of: Andy's catering service and an ice cream mobile guarantee that no one goes hungry. There will also be a small parts market to round off the event.
