The police in Harburg desperately search for 76-year-old Wolfgang Erwin Sausel from Hanstedt, who has been missing since Wednesday, June 4, 2025. The senior has dementia and could be disoriented after leaving his apartment on Harburger Strasse in the afternoon. Despite extensive searches, supported by the fire brigade, search dogs and drones, the pensioner remains disappearing.

Sausel is about 185 cm tall, probably wears a ¾ long trousers and a T-shirt or polo shirt. He has short, gray hair and a chin beard. It is not excluded that he may have driven away by bus from Hanstedt. The Salzhausen police urgently asks the population for information on 04172/986610 or to any other police station.
