Later, around 11:55 p.m., officers noticed another e-scooter in Bingen-Büdesheim. The 38-year-old driver tried to hide behind a car during a control-but the escape was unsuccessful. He was not only drunk, but was also under the influence of amphetamine. The conclusion was a 26-year-old woman, who was also stopped in the blood with cannabis in Saarlandstrasse around 1:25 a.m. The police initiated administrative offenses and criminal proceedings against all three drivers. Here it becomes clear: drugs have no place in road traffic!
