Results from Friday: Amateur sport inspires the region!
Attention football fans: There were lots of exciting encounters in amateur football on Friday evening. The current overview of the results shows what has happened in the various leagues. The Northeast Regional League and the lower classes in particular had a lot to offer. FuPa.net, the popular participation portal for amateur footballers, has compiled the results. Regardless of whether it is a district league or a junior state league – the variety of competitions is impressive and offers many opportunities for active participation.
The platform is more than just a results service; it also allows uploading images and videos of games, which is particularly appreciated by fans. Players, clubs and interested parties can register on FuPa and actively support data maintenance. This means the community always has its finger on the pulse of what’s happening.
A-junior regional league starts soon
An exciting new chapter is ushering in for the A-Juniors: From the 2025/26 season there will be a separate A-Junior regional league in the NOFV. This league will consist of 14 teams that come from the various regional associations of the NOFV. The game mode is designed as “Round Robin”. This means that each team plays against each other twice on a total of 26 match days.
Each team has one home advantage, which guarantees additional thrills. The regulations for promotion and relegation have also been determined: The two best-placed teams in the A and B junior regional leagues have the opportunity to be promoted to the DFB youth league. This promotion takes place either after the end of the first half series or at a specific point in time determined by the DFB. If there is an unequal number of ranked championship games, the promoted team will be determined based on the points quotient.
