The officers assume that there is a gang-like trade in narcotics in large quantities and have therefore provisionally arrested six suspected men between the ages of 25 and 36.
The searches took place primarily in Weißenfels, where the police officers discovered an impressive amount of drugs. They were able to seize around 6 kilograms of crystal meth, 70 kilograms of marijuana, 3.5 kilograms of cocaine and 1 kilogram of XTC. The street value of these drugs is a remarkable 1.3 million euros.
Valuable loot
But it wasn't just drugs that were seized: the police also confiscated several thousand euros in cash, two high-quality vehicles, including a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and a variety of prohibited items, including knives, blank guns and even pyrotechnics.
