First, BTSV members can purchase up to four tickets per customer account from July 17, 2025, 10 a.m. to July 18, 2025, 10 a.m. Season ticket holders for the 2025/2026 season will also be able to secure their seats on July 18, 2025 from 10 a.m. Since the 2022/2023 season, ticket buyers have had the opportunity to buy from July 19, 2025 at 10 a.m.

Sales take place not only via the online ticket shop, but also via the stadium fan shop, where tickets are available from Tuesday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
