Wittenberg, Deutschland - Preparation for the new season is in full swing at EHV Aue. After the disappointing descent in the 2023/24 season, the team has firmly decided to make the leap back into the 2nd league. On July 7, the team officially started the training sessions under the new coach Uwe Jungandreas. Before the start, individual training plans are on the program for the players in order to be optimally prepared in the previous weeks. The preparation will include a mixture of athletics and hall units as well as an obligatory medical check-up. But what does the game calendar look like? Between July 17th and August 16, there are several test games that are supposed to help the team to be better recorded. The opponents are promising and ensure exciting preparation. The planned duels include:

- 31. July: SV Grün-Weiß Wittenberg (Stadthalle Wittenberg)
- 5. August: U23 SC DHfK Leipzig (day of handball, Erzgebirgshalle Lößnitz)
- 8. August: Public training and fan festival (Erzgebirgshalle Lößnitz)
- 10.-16. August: Training camp in Warnemünde
- 12. August: HC Empor Rostock (Marienhe sports hall)
- 16. August: Concordia Delitzsch (Delitzsch multi -purpose hall)
