Border controls in Görlitz: Commuters struggle with long waiting times!

The challenges at the border with Poland have increased significantly in the last few days. Since Monday, October 16th, the German authorities have been carrying out checks at almost all crossings in the Görlitz district. This measure was alarmed by commuters in advance because the new controls could lead to longer waiting times, especially on the busy A4.
