New Italian restaurant in Chemnitz: Casa Esposito opens!

A new restaurant, “Casa Esposito”, opened its doors in Chemnitz on June 30, 2025. The location at Kopernikusstraße 3d, formerly known as Bella Vista, promises authentic Italian cuisine and brings a piece of Naples to Germany. Under the leadership of chef Nicolaemanuele Esposito, who came to Germany in 2020, and his father Alessandro Esposito, who lives in Germany with 40 years of experience in gastronomy, traditional dishes are prepared here with heart and passion. Their menu includes a wide range of pizza, pasta, antipasti, meat and fish dishes as well as soups and salads, which could be complemented by seasonal specialties, as Blick reports.

The dishes at Casa Esposito are stylishly served on handmade tableware designed by an Amalfi artist. The love for Italian food culture is reflected here. Visitors can look forward to a cozy atmosphere, both indoors with space for 50 guests and outdoors, where around 40 seats are available. Extensive improvements are also planned, such as a redesign of the terrace, new furniture and the replacement of the electric oven with a traditional wood-fired oven that can conjure up a real Neapolitan pizza in a very short time - a maximum of 3 minutes at high heat for the perfect enjoyment.
