Dynamo Dresden dominates in the test match: 7-0 win delights fans!

After a successful start to the test match, Dynamo Dresden made Weida sit up and take notice in a friendly match against FC Thüringen. Coach Markus Kauczinski's team clearly prevailed with an impressive 7-0. The Dynamo professionals showed their dominance on the pitch in the first half and quickly took control of the action. Aljaz Casar opened the scoring in the 13th minute with a clever lob from Jonas Oehmichen, drawing loud applause from the fans.

In the 19th minute it was Christoph Daferner who increased the score to 2-0 with a header after a precise cross from Alexander Rossipal. Jan-Hendrik Marx didn't miss the chance to make it 3-0 with a spectacular free kick from 20 meters in the 29th minute. But that wasn't all: In the 33rd minute, Casar converted a penalty and increased the score to 4-0 after he was fouled in the opponent's penalty area. The half-time score of 4-0 reflected the superiority of the Dynamo team.

Dominance over the entire season

In the second half, the entire team switched from black and yellow and the offensive remained undiminished. Dominik Kother was twice as accurate: First, he made it 5-0 in the 68th minute after a cross from Robin Meißner. And he was also there in the 81st minute to increase the score to 6-0 after a corner. Friedrich Müller set the final point in the 85th minute when he marked the final score of 7-0 and thus brought the crowning conclusion to a successful day of football.

The players were available for autographs and photos after the game, which caused excitement among fans. A big thank you went to FC Thüringen Weida for organizing this football festival, which was a complete success not only in terms of sport but also emotionally.

The impressive start of the test match follows a strong season in the 3rd league 2024/2025, in which Dynamo Dresden took second place. The balance sheet is impressive: with 20 wins from 38 games, the Black and Yellows have collected 70 points and scored 71 goals while only allowing 40 goals. With a points yield of 1.84 per game and an impressive win rate of 52.63%, promotion to the next higher league is within reach.
