The federal Autobahn GmbH has now commented on the upcoming traffic disruptions on the highways around Dresden. As diesachsen.de reports, extensive construction work is planned between June 16 and 21, 2025, which will be accompanied by a number of closures and traffic reductions.

On the A4 between Hainichen and Frankenberg there will be a reduction in the second fast lane in both directions from June 16th to 18th. The work, which will be carried out during the day from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., is aimed at necessary cleaning work. Marking work on the fast lane will also be carried out between Hohenstein-Ernstthal and the Chemnitz motorway junction on June 16th and 17th, which will also require diversions.

In addition, lane reductions between Chemnitz-Ost and Chemnitz-Mitte are planned for the night of June 16th to 21st. Single-lane traffic regulations must be expected here. Repair work, which will result in diversions, is also planned on the A72 between Hartenstein and Zwickau-Ost at night from June 18th to 20th.

• A14: Die Auffahrt Mutzschen in Richtung Leipzig wird vom 18. bis 20. Juni wegen Beschilderungsarbeiten gesperrt. Umleitungen führen über Leisnig. Die Auffahrt der Anschlussstelle Klinga in Richtung Dresden ist am 18. Juni zwischen 09:00 und 11:00 Uhr wegen Bauwerksarbeiten nicht zu nutzen.
• A17: Die Auffahrt Dresden-Südvorstadt in Richtung Prag wird am 16. und 17. Juni gesperrt. Auch hier sind Umleitungen notwendig. Vom 18. Juni sind zudem kurze Verkehrsstops von 09:00 bis 11:00 Uhr vorgesehen, während bis zum 19. Juni die Stand- und Lastspur zwischen Pirna und Bahretal in Fahrtrichtung Prag nicht befahrbar ist.
