The popular Palais Summer Festival will open in Dresden on June 14, 2025. The cultural spectacle on Neumarkt promises a colorful program from now until July 20th that not only offers art and music, but also literature, dance and even yoga sessions. The largest admission-free festival for art, culture and education in Germany is taking place for the 16th time. [Sächsische] reports that there will be over 200 events at which international artists from 17 countries will take the stage.
A real highlight for festival visitors are the innovations for 2025. These include an exclusive open-air restaurant area with 88 reservable tables and personal service. Whether for a relaxed evening or a celebratory dinner - table reservations are possible until 12 noon for the same evening, and free cancellation is also possible up to the evening before. Guests can choose between various booking options, including all-inclusive, worry-free packages with gourmet plates and drinks. [Die Sachsen] adds that exclusive menus from the Steigenberger Hotel am Neumarkt will also be offered on the evenings of the festival.
Diverse program
The Palais Summer Festival offers a wide range of events. Whether classical concerts, dance nights or the already popular daily yoga sessions in the Alum Park, which continue from July 21st to August 24th, everyone gets their money's worth here. [Sächsische] emphasizes that in addition to culinary enjoyment, numerous cultural experiences await visitors, which take place in a relaxed atmosphere.
The catering areas are partially covered, which means that the festival can take place in (almost) any weather. Deck chairs can be reserved so you can enjoy the program in a relaxed manner. Please note that in order to maintain the atmosphere of the festival, own food and drinks are not permitted.
