Neo-Nazi sentenced to 13 years: Incredible acts against stepdaughters!
In a shocking court hearing in Görlitz, a 40-year-old former NPD official was sentenced to 13 years in prison. The regional court found it proven that the defendant had raped his stepdaughters in 25 cases and sexually abused them in 34 cases. There are also 233 cases of fraud and the creation of child pornography content. The verdict took place on Tuesday, October 8, 2025, after the presiding judge supplemented the evidence with a disturbing WhatsApp message from the defendant to one of his stepdaughters, in which he asked her to do a handstand naked. However, the vulgar content of this message was not reproduced verbatim, as MDR reports.
The court decided against the maximum sentence of 15 years because the defendant made a “partial confession”. The public prosecutor's office had originally demanded 12 years' imprisonment followed by preventive detention, but the court rejected this because the conditions for this were not met. The presiding judge Theo Dahm said the defendant's “malice” had left him “speechless”. The psychological mechanisms with which the defendant put pressure on his stepdaughters were also a topic at the trial, as he initially took on the role of father to the older stepdaughter and thereby built up “limitless trust”.
The suffering of the victims
The convicted man's stepdaughters, aged 18 and 22, were forced to endure sexual acts for years. What is particularly worrying is that the sexual assaults began before the older stepdaughter turned 18. Their tense family situation led to a lack of self-confidence, which made it difficult for them to defend themselves against the attacks. According to Sächsische.de, the older stepdaughter particularly suffered from the psychological pressure exerted by her stepfather.
However, the case is not only opening wounds in Görlitz, but also across Germany. Between 2014 and 2024, according to Statista, disturbing numbers of sexual abuse of those under protection were registered, which point to the urgency of combating such acts and creating more awareness for the protection of children and young people.
The verdict is not yet final; the convicted person has one week to file an appeal. Nevertheless, the hope remains that this verdict will be a signal for other victims to also defend themselves and seek support.
