HAPPY HOBBY WEEKEND: Leipzig's largest hobby fair is coming!
Now things are getting exciting: The hobby fair will take place in Leipzig from October 3rd to 5th, 2025 and will be presented under the motto HAPPY-HOBBY-WEEKEND. This popular event has gained a firm place among hobby enthusiasts in recent years and, to the delight of many visitors, attracts new attractions and a large number of exhibitors. The event will be organized in Halls 1, 3 and 5 after changing the location from Hall 4. The direct proximity of the exhibition halls makes access much easier for all visitors.
Thanks to the move to Hall 1, the gaming world and the creative world will have extra space so that exhibitors can present their products and offers even better. Around 460 exhibitors, dealers and clubs have announced their presence. These include many first-time exhibitors as well as well-known brands that offer a wide range of hobbies and hands-on activities for the whole family. Information about the fair is available on the event's official website: www.hobbymesse.de.
Diverse offers and attractions
The Leipzig Hobby Fair offers a variety of attractions that delight both young and old visitors. Guests can look forward to creative workshops, model building meetings and a colorful range of games. The trade fair will also be a real highlight for model building fans: in Hall 3 you can marvel at the latest models and special editions from many well-known brands such as Märklin, Tillig and Roco.
No less spectacular is the glass hall, where visitors have the opportunity to climb and boulder - on a seven meter high climbing tower! For fans of model making, interesting new products from Kato and smaller manufacturers such as ASM Arndt-Spezial-Modelle will be presented. A very special event awaits the big fans of speedsters and drifters: the truck course in Hall 3 offers options for e-minicars and larger models.
A celebration for the whole family
The hobby fair is also family-friendly: children up to 12 years of age have free entry on World Children's Day, September 20th. But even outside of this date, entry remains very affordable for little ones at just 6 euros. A highlight is the large selection of board games, where the publishers Amigo, Schmidt Spiele and Ravensburger will be represented, among others. The latter is bringing the new trading card game “Lorcana” to Leipzig.
It is not for nothing that the trade fair has attracted up to 460 exhibitors and almost 70,000 visitors from all over Germany and beyond. It is hoped that these numbers will continue to increase in 2025. Entry prices for the event are 18 euros for a day ticket, reduced tickets are available for 13 euros, while a season ticket is available for 33 euros.
The Hobby Fair Leipzig offers a great opportunity to discover your hobbies, meet like-minded people and have a lot of fun with your family. A trade fair that is actually worth it, not just for hobbyists, but also for the whole family.
