School pilgrimage to Rosenthal: sonorous tradition for peace and community

Meißen, Deutschland - On June 25, 2025, the traditional school pilgrimage of the Bautzen Montessori School took place, an afternoon full of music, community and spirituality. The pilgrimage, which takes place every two years to Rosenthal, brings together pupils and teachers to pursue a common goal: strengthening relationships through non -violent communication.

Before the departure, everyone gathered in the hall to get in the mood for the day. The starting signal for the pilgrimage was given with timpani sounds and singing songs. The first part of the route was conveniently covered by buses before the group continued on foot. Taking the flags and a song issue ensured that the mood remained high.

community and peace

highlight of the pilgrimage was the service, which was celebrated by Bishop Heinrich Timmerevers. The school's motto, "My tone makes the music", became the focus of the celebrations. The topics of the pilgrimage included non -violent communication as well as the waiver of swear words and insults, which gave the participants the opportunity to look for a key to peace and good wishes.

The participants experienced beautiful moments, including the sighting of the church tower of Rosenthal and hearing the bells. A little break with a fruit -minded bite gave everyone the opportunity to recharge your batteries. Finally, the pilgrimage ended with timpani sounds and guitar music, as well as a happy "Halleluja with hands and feet" - a worthy end of a successful day.

non -violent communication as the basic pillar

In this context, the importance of non -violent communication (GfK) cannot be emphasized enough. This method developed by Marshall Rosenberg aims to constructively solve conflicts and strengthen the relationships between people. The GfK is also introduced at the Montessori school in Vilshofen. At a specialist lecture by Claudia Berghammer, an expert in positive psychology, the importance of this form of communication was brought to the parents and educators.

As part of workshops, the students learn how they can communicate better in difficult situations. The process includes the four steps of non -violent communication: observation, feeling, need and request. The aim is to avoid disputes and instead to get a harmonious interaction based on appreciation and empathy.

How to cite Berghammer, it is crucial to ask: "Do you want to be right or have good relationships?" This question makes it clear that relationships should often have priority over 'right'. The exchange about feelings and needs is particularly important for the development of children because it helps them to sharpen their perception and to better understand conflicts.

The correctness and necessity of non-violent communication is also underlined by other institutions, such as daycare teams in Berlin. Here the GfK has contributed to improving team communication and professionalizing dealing with behavioral children.

In summary, it can be said that the pilgrimage of the Bautzen Montessori School and the and the initiatives to promote non-violent communication are decisive steps in the direction of a respectful and mindful with each other. Because together we create a better community, in the spirit of the motto "My tone makes music".
