FSV Zwickau on the move: Fans are lining up for new season tickets!

The anticipation for the new season is simmering in Zwickau! FSV Zwickau made its first signs on this sunny day, which attracted fans in droves to the GGZ Arena. The hot question: What will the coming regional league season bring for the club and its supporters?

In the first communication, the sports director of FSV Zwickau is optimistic about the current squad and emphasizes that he is satisfied with it. A trial player is currently being tested and everyone agrees: two more additions are being planned to further strengthen the team. A long queue of around 500 impatient fans formed in front of the ticket booth, wanting to be sure they secured their season tickets. 340 pieces were sold within one day. This clearly shows that the support of the fans is very important.

Tickets for the new season

In the 2025/26 season, FSV Zwickau will compete in the Regionalliga Nordost with the clear goal of getting promoted back to the third division. The club relies heavily on the support of its supporters. Information about tickets is available on the official FSV Zwickau website. Reduced tickets are available for the little ones: toddlers up to 6 years old can enter the stadium for free, while children aged 7 to 13 are allowed into the stands at reduced prices. Young people and various groups such as schoolchildren and students can also enjoy reduced prices.

Particularly important: Severely disabled people and wheelchair users can look forward to a barrier-free stadium and can take a companion with them free of charge. The top row of seats in the ZEV grandstand is specially designed for wheelchair users. Finally, the following applies in Zwickau: If you want a lap ticket for your small child, it is best to request this immediately from the box office.

The newly dedicated family ticket campaign offers attractive prices for adults and children and can be particularly easy on the wallet for families. For example, the family block costs 19 euros for the adult and 6 euros for the child for an adult with a child, with each additional child allowed for just 1 euro more.

Ticket prices in European comparison

While everything at the FSV Zwickau box office revolves around ticket sales, there is also a lot going on at European level. UEFA recently lowered maximum fares for away fans in the European Cup to create a better matchday experience. The maximum price for tickets in the Champions League drops from 70 euros in the 2023/24 season to 50 euros in the 2025/26 season. Prices have also been reduced in the Europa and Conference League, although it remains unclear whether these price adjustments will also apply to other competitions and international matches.

ECA boss Nasser Al-Khelaifi emphasizes the importance of away fans for the atmosphere in the stadium. It will be exciting to see how these new prize systems and the return of standing room in international competitions will impact fan experiences. But in Zwickau too, the motto is to live together and support, because in the end it is the community spirit that counts.

In Zwickau, the fans' hearts beat for their club, and with positive anticipation for the coming season, new players and fair prices, one can only hope that every match day will be a celebration.
