Zwickau, Deutschland - On July 12, 2025, Hallesche FC was able to win an impressive friendly against the second division club Greuther Fürth in the Ronhof sports park. In front of 945 enthusiastic spectators, the HFC managed to win the game 2-1. Coach Robert Schröder can be satisfied with the performance of his team. The equalization by Joscha Wosz in the 41st minute came at the right time and caused a new momentum before the half -time break. Lucas Ehrlich crowned the afternoon with the winning goal in added time.

The joy among the Halleers was great, but not all teams from the region were able to look back on similar successes. In another test game, the FSV Zwickau had to accept a defeat and lost 1: 3 against the second team of 1. FC Nürnberg. Randolf Riesen scored the honorary gate for Zwickau in the final minute.
