Team Germany unveils new look for the 2026 Olympics!

What’s new in Cologne? Today, Team Germany unveiled the highly anticipated new look for the 2026 Milan Cortina Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Just three months before the big sporting event, the collection was presented digitally on November 4th via the Team D and adidas channels. Large screens in Hamburg and Oberhausen set impressive accents, showing athletes in their new outfits. Bobsleigh Olympic champion Laura Nolte presented the design in the ARD morning magazine, while Matthias Killing unveiled a surprise package in unboxing style on SAT.1 breakfast television.

The new collection includes around 70 pieces and was developed in close collaboration between adidas, the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) and the German Disabled Sports Association (DBS). It is based on the adidas TERREX line and promises maximum comfort, whether on the slopes or in the Olympic Village. All team members will be dressed uniformly at the opening ceremony, which represents cohesion and diversity. What's special: The equipment is designed according to inclusive principles and is available in different sizes, with no zippers or small buttons in order to offer the athletes optimal comfort.

In an interesting new development, ski mountaineering is introduced as an official sport and there are exciting new events such as the skeleton mixed team competition and the women's luge doubles.
